IMPORTANT: This netting has been designed for use by cats only and is not covered for damage resulting from Dogs or other animals housed in OR outside of the enclosure.
Safety: Due to the size of the netting squares, Catnets recommend kittens (6 months and under) should not be left unattended for prolonged periods within the enclosure. In regards to cat enclosures safety in general, it is advised that all netting is installed as taut as practically possible.

I’ve had one of these 1.8m freestanding enclosures for four years now. My cats want to go out in “the cube” (as we call it) almost every day, and I am more than happy to give them somewhere safe to experience the outdoors. I also bought the hammock and shade sail and they are great additions.
The enclosure is a great size - the cats have ample space to move around and I can comfortably stand in there if need be. It’s easy enough to reposition in the yard when the grass gets worn out, and there’s never been a risk that my cats could escape.
My only issue with this enclosure is that after four years of use, the netting around the zips is starting to degrade. It’s not any less secure, but the metal strands in the netting have started to break out and I occasionally get poked by the odd tiny, pointy piece of metal. It does worry me a little that my cats might get injured, but I think most of the damage is up at the top of the flaps where the zips meet because that’s the point of heaviest wear and tear (i.e. not on the ground where my cats are). The enclosure does get fairly heavy use - my cats are in and out of the cube a few times on most days.
The Catnets team are great - when I first got the enclosure, one of the corner connecting pipes was malformed and unusable, and they quickly sent me a replacement piece in the post. Though I hope my existing enclosure lasts for another few good years, I would purchase from Catnets again - either to upgrade to a larger enclosure (since my cats love this one so much!), or to build a catio when I’m no longer a renter.
