Pre-order Information

Please be advised: Any order containing an item on “pre-order” will only be shipped once all items have arrived into stock. Your order will be held here until all stock is received and we will then ship your complete order together.

For project planning and your convenience, a number of popular items are frequently set to “Pre-Order” on our website when these items become out of stock.

This essentially means that you are purchasing the goods now, but they won’t be shipped until the goods arrive in our warehouse. When on “Pre-order”, all products are labelled with an “Estimated” Date of arrival (ETA) to give you a guide as to when we hope to ship your order. The advantage of Pre-ordering your goods is to ensure you can receive them ahead of others.

The ETAs are subject to change when unexpected delays with supply occur. We continue to monitor the situation daily and adjust the ETAs on the website as required.

Please be aware there is absolutely no obligation to keep your pre-order should we experience delays, should you simply find a suitable product elsewhere or even just change your mind. All you need to do is email us your Order Number and we will process the refund immediately.

To help you receive your pre-order as soon as possible, we will be shipping all Pre-orders either via Courier or Express post instead of regular post.
